Transition In Progress
We are in the process of transferring all the Neopost USA Technical Web Site information into the new and improved Knowledgebase. This transfer will occur over the next 3 months. We will not be updating the Technical Web Site with new product information but instead will place the new information immediately into the Knowledgebase.
This transition will allow us:
- To have direct access to the documentation (Operating Guides, Service Guides, and various instructions) created by the originator.
- To improve all the topics since they will be reviewed and edited as they are transferred.
- To update the information more frequently since all information will be maintained in one place and we will link directly to the originator’s documents. What This Means To You
- The first place to check for information should be by using the Knowledgebase.
- New information (such as DS-1200 Service Guide) will be available in the Knowledgebase but not on the Technical Web Site.
- Current Technical Web Site information will be removed as the information is transferred to the Knowledgbase.
- New Service Advisories and Service Bulletins will be updated only on the Knowledgebase during the transition period.

The Future
The new Knowledgebase is Phase 1 of a transition to a Content Management System to be used by both Neopost USA and our European counterparts. The goal is to provide you accurate updated information quicker as well as reduce cost such as translations. New tools for customers and technicians will also be created to make the search for information easier.
Phase II will include such items as improved reporting and new document creation as a topic based content. More information will be provided at a future date. |
